Access to data
In the Alertness project we practice a free and open data policy, which means that anyone may use our material freely and for benefit of society. Relevant data includes results from experiments and observational data. The data will be archived as NetCDF files, and will be available through thredds.met.no here. For help – see this wiki site. The use is regulated by MET Norway's data policy. The data will also be available through YOPP and SIOS.
Documentation will be made available later.
AROME-Arctic is a regional short-range high-resolution forecasting system for the European Arctic with 2.5 km grid spacing and 65 vertical levels (Müller et al. 2017). For more details see MET Norway.
