In the days that ended October and started November 2019, the Alertness project hosted its second science meeting, for researchers and collaborating scientists in the field.

The meeting took place in Bergen at the Bjerknes Centre for Climate Research, on October 31 and November 1st.

The program for the meeting included presentations from all work packages, as well as invited speakers from related projects. The ph.d. students related to the project also gave presentations of their work so far.

- Regular and well-prepared meetings are valuable to ensure progress and quality in our work, says project leader Jørn Kristiansen. He continues:

- We aim for a combination of presentations of the recent results and discussions across the scientific goals of Alertness. Invited experts put our research into context and provide input to its relevance.
